We currently charge in Canadian Dollars. All prices listed on the website are also in Canadian. If you are shopping from outside of Canada or visiting from another country and shopping with us, we recommend using xe.com to view up-to-date currency conversions.

Duties and sales tax varies depending on the Canadian province, US State, and country. It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay for any additional duties and taxes upon arrival and import of the items into your country.

If your order has not been shipped yet, you can contact us and we can modify or cancel an order. However once your item has been processed and shipped, then our standard return policy will be applied. We will send a tracking number to confirm once an item has shipped so you can monitor your shipment.

Any items purchased during a preorder period are not eligible for refund or exchange. We are also unable to cancel orders that are placed during a preorder period at any time prior to shipping as all preorder items are for final sale.

Our products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of the original purchase of the product. A product may be exchanged for a new product or returned for a refund. Our policy applies only if items are returned in saleable condition accompanied with a sales receipt and a return merchandise number (RMN).
