Shipping and Return Policy
Hestia Jewels’ official couriers are Fedex, DHL Express and Canada Post. We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $15 for all orders. All purchases are securely shipped with insurance. At checkout you will be asked to confirm your shipping choice and will be notified of the exact costs. All shipments will require a signature upon delivery, as it is required by insurance and for security. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of both shipping, insurance, duties and taxes; and for the risk of loss or damage to the product during shipping to and from Hestia Jewels.
Depending on your choice of delivery and courier, please allow up to 5-10 business days to receive your order once dispatched. Items on special or custom order may take longer. Once your order has been shipped we will provide a tracking number for your shipment.

Return and Refund Policy
Hestia Jewels is devoted to ensuring that your product is your desired purchase. While we aim to produce timeless pieces at the highest quality, we are here to help if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase.
Our products can be returned or exchanged within 2 weeks / 14 days of the original date of purchase. A product may be exchanged for a new product or returned for a refund. However, sale, preorder and custom items are excluded from the policy. All custom and one of a kind pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will cover the cost of shipping if damage was incurred prior to your receipt. However please note that you are responsible for paying the costs of both shipping, insurance, duties and taxes; and for the risk of loss or damage to the product during shipping to and from Hestia Jewels if you are returning or exchanging a damaged item.
In order to be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure you have met the below criteria:
- The item was purchased in the last 14 days
- The item is in its original packaging
- The item must not be worn or damaged
- You have a valid proof of purchase and sales receipt
- You have obtained a Return to Merchandise Number (RMN) from us. Please contact us at email@example.com for the number.
Please send the product to the below address with its original packaging, receipt, proof of purchase and the RMN number, along with a note indicating whether you want to exchange the product or receive a refund. (Please indicate clearly the other product that you want to exchange for).
