WHERE IS THE JEWELRY DESIGNED AND MADE?

Hestia Jewels is proudly Canadian. Designed and conceptualized at our Toronto studio, we manufacture our fine jewelry at the best facilities in Canada, India, and Thailand. FerrariFirenze is exclusively designed and manufactured in Italy, just south of Florence. Both labels hold heritage and quality as key values in their DNA and are committed to creating the best fine jewelry with incredible craftsmanship, technical excellence and unique innovations.

 

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Shopping at Hestiajewels.com is easy and secure. To purchase an item, simply select the “ADD TO CART” button to place it into your Shopping Cart. Follow the directions throughout the checkout process until the very end, where you will be asked for your credit card information. After this final step, your order will then be completed.

 

HOW DO I FIND MY RING SIZE?

To find your ring size, please refer to this ring sizing chart. All sizes are in US ring sizes. For better accuracy, we suggest that you measure your finger at the end of the day with a piece of string or a strip of paper. If you are a half size, we suggest that you order the next size up. CAN I SHIP MY ORDER TO AN INTERNATIONAL LOCATION?

Hestia Jewels currently ships nationally within Canada and to the United States. We ship our items securely through our selected couriers Canada Post and FedEx. We intend to expand our shipping networks in the future.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAPPING?

All Hestia Jewels purchases are beautifully gift wrapped suitable for all occasions. If you wish to further personalize your order, please send us a request at info@hestiajewels.com.

 

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Our products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of the original purchase of the product. A product may be exchanged for a new product or returned for a refund. Our policy applies only if items are returned in saleable condition accompanied with a sales receipt and a return merchandise number (RMN).

CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY AN ORDER?

If your order has not been shipped yet, you can contact us and we can modify or cancel an order. However once your item has been processed and shipped, then our standard return policy will be applied. We will send a tracking number to confirm once an item has shipped so you can monitor your shipment.

 

HOW WILL MY ORDER SHIP AND WHAT ARE THE COSTS?

Our official couriers are Canada Post and FedEx. We offer free shipping to Canada and the US for all orders over $200. All purchases are securely shipped with insurance. At checkout you will be asked to confirm your shipping choice and will be notified of the exact costs. All shipments will require a signature upon delivery, as it is required by insurance. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of both shipping and insurance; and for the risk of loss or damage to the product during shipping to and from Hestia Jewels.

WHAT CURRENCY DO YOU CHARGE IN?

We currently charge in Canadian Dollars. All prices listed on the website are also in Canadian. If you are shopping from the United States or visiting from another country and shopping with us, we recommend using xe.com to view up-to-date currency conversions.

 

WILL I BE CHARGED SALES TAX ON MY PURCHASES?

Duties and sales tax varies depending on the Canadian province and US State, please refer to this list for a detailed guide.

 

WHAT ARE YOUR POLICIES FOR PREORDER ITEMS?

Any items purchased during a preorder period are not eligible for refund or exchange. We are also unable to cancel orders that are placed during a preorder period at any time prior to shipping as all preorder items are for final sale.

 

WHAT ARE YOUR POLICIES FOR SALE ITEMS?

Unfortunately, all sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged. We can only accept returns and exchanges on regular priced items.

 

WHAT IF AN ITEM THAT I WANT IS SOLD OUT?

We typically replenish our stock every 4-6 weeks. Please contact us at info@hestiajewels.com if the item that you wish to purchase is sold out, as we can notify you in regards to the status of the product and when we will receive additional stock.

 

DO YOU CREATE CUSTOM PIECES?

Hestia Jewels believes in creating timeless fine jewellery that will hold meaning and sentimental value forever. If you are interested in creating a custom piece, we can hand draw or perform a CAD design of your personalized idea and help turn your unique vision into a lasting reality. DO YOU OFFER A PRODUCT WARRANTY AND REPAIRS?

Our jewelry is exclusively under warranty for any manufacturing defects (in material or workmanship) within a 24-month period from the date of purchase. However, if you wish to repair an item that has been damaged through accidents or standard usage, we can assist you in repairing the item at your cost.
